Her Philosophy:
Nicole believes the relationship between a leader and the person who supports them is one of the most important in any organization. It's built on trust, communication, and truly being seen. That belief led her to a concept she calls "professional languages," the workplace version of love languages.

Some people need quality time to feel supported. Others need a quick word of encouragement before a big meeting. Knowing the difference, and acting on it, is what turns a good working relationship into a great one.

That philosophy is why Nicole founded Elevate Alignment Consulting. After years of bringing calm to chaos, structure to overwhelm, confidence to the leaders she has supported, and training assistants, she wanted to offer that same partnership to more founders, executives, and teams, on their terms and at their pace.
